Mr. Shakeel Ilyas

Executive Director

Mr. Shakeel has over 26 years of experience in the construction and development industry, as well as the textile sector. He has successfully completed numerous high-rise building projects in Karachi and actively oversees the textile business, focusing on exports. With extensive expertise in marketing and advertising, Mr. Shakeel is the Chief of Operations for all group projects, ensuring the execution and timely delivery of residential and commercial units. He has also built a team of professionals dedicated to maintaining quality and meeting project deadlines.

Mr. Hasnain Shakeel

Managing Director

Hasnain Shakeel, holds a finance degree from the prestigious Durham
University. With a specialization in real estate finance, Hasnain is one of the founding pillars of
Falaknaz Marketing. He has played a crucial role in driving the company’s vision and growth.
Building on his father’s legacy, Hasnain combines his academic expertise with a deep
understanding of the real estate market to steer Falaknaz Marketing towards new heights of
success. His leadership and innovative approach have been instrumental in expanding the
company’s reach and enhancing its reputation in the industry.

Mr. Danish Gohar

General Manager Sales & Marketing

Danish Gohar is a leading figure in Karachi’s real estate sector, known for his expertise in both conventional and digital marketing. He plays a key role in shaping the sales and marketing strategies at Falaknaz Marketing. Danish has an impressive background in various esteemed organizations. He served as the Senior Vice Chairman of the FPCCI Standing Committee for Mines & Minerals in 2016-2017, Co-Convener for Exhibitions & Affairs in 2017-2018, and and as a PR Consultant at ABAD – ASSOCIATION OF BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS OF PAKISTAN from 2018 to 2021. In the real estate industry, Danish has worked with several prominent groups, including Gohar Group, Jeewa Group, Al-Rauf Group, Ideal Group, BRB Group, and Falaknaz Group. Beyond real estate, he has also contributed to Zarsh International and Badar Expo. Danish Gohar’s extensive experience and deep industry knowledge make him a valuable asset, driving success in both real estate and beyond.

Mr. Syed Nouman

Performance Marketing Manager

Syed Nouman is a Meta-certified real estate marketing professional, specializing in real estate lead generation through Meta and other social media platforms. He has successfully generated over 80,000 qualified real estate leads, proving to be a vital asset to our team.
Nouman has held prominent roles at Falaknaz Group and Gulmohar Group as a successful real
estate social media manager. He has also worked as a freelancer, offering his expertise to
various businesses in the real estate sector. His extensive experience and proven results make
him a leading expert in digital marketing for real estate.
